SadaNews – A poll carried out by the “Pew Research Center” in the United States shows that 53% of Americans believe that their country’s foreign policy does not take into account the interests of other countries when making decisions, a record figure for this indicator.

The survey, conducted between March 23 and 29, included more than 3,500 people, and its results were published on the center’s website on Tuesday.

Participants were asked about the extent to which the United States considers the interests of other countries when formulating its foreign policy decisions.

According to the results, 53% of participants said that US foreign policy ignores the interests of other countries, a significant increase from 2023, when the figure was 27% under former US President Joe Biden.

These results reflect intensifying domestic criticism of how Washington manages its foreign relations and a growing belief among Americans that their country’s international decisions are made without sufficient consideration of the interests of other nations.
