In this context, the Nation’s capacity to mobilize, train and sustainably engage its youth constitutes a determining lever of cohesion and resilience. THE development of the spirit of defense collective capacity to stand together in the face of risks and crises is the essential condition.
Lyouth ambition of the Army meets this requirement. It does not relate to either the symbol or the display. It directly contributes to the institution’s capacity to last, to renew itself and to fulfill its operational contract, protect France and the French.
