The general culture competition of the Générations Mouvement Le Tavillan association took place at the Foyer. .
Élisabeth Saint-Aubin, Bernard and Françoise Bruneel have concocted 80 general culture questions. Many areas were covered such as history, geography, science, politics, sports, the arts… 76 valiant candidates were asked quite tricky questions.
At meal time, 96 people were present. After a generous cold meal served, the results were published.
The winners are as follows: Rosa Sodano from La Calmette 66/80, Sylvie Peyre from St Geniès 64/80, Vanina Teissier from Aigremont, Henri-Michel Minssart from St Geniès, Jacques Bresson from St Chaptes 61/80, Raphaëlle Carat from St Chaptes and Muriel Muller from St Mamert 60/80. There were many regulars from the podiums of previous editions.
The afternoon took a decidedly festive turn with the recital of the talented singer Isa. Festive and lively dances brought the day to a very pleasant end.
