The Spring of Cultures in Cantepau

On May 27 and 29, the Cantepau district of Albi will host the 27th edition of the Spring of Cultures. This major festive event organized by the City and local associations will transform, once again, the Plaine des jeux into a large party space. For two days, creative workshops, circus introductions, musical games and inflatable structures will set the tone for the festivities.
Friday evening, a culinary village will invite visitors on a journey thanks to the specialties offered by Albigensian associations. The evening will also be animated by the Vibrasson 81 batucada, a “World Cultures” parade, African dances and then concerts. An event designed for young and old alike.

The spirit of Devos on the stage of the Apollo in Mazamet

The Apollo Cultural Space is hosting the “2 weights, 3 measures” show on Thursday May 28. This creation from Le Grenier de Toulouse juggles between absurd humor and the poetry of words. On stage, the two actors are accompanied by a piano. Between fine writing and crazy situations, they pay homage to the singular universe of Raymond Devos, undisputed master of language games, while summoning the offbeat spirit of Pierre Repp. An original show where the absurd rubs shoulders with reflection.
