The board of directors of the association “Les Arts des l©zards” met at the Monastery, its head office, at the home of its president Alexandre Budin and its facilitator Tiziana Valentini, to take stock of upcoming entertainment projects.
The urgency being the organization of the first of the series “Take the microphone” – where everyone can express their talent –, Sunday May 17subsidized within the framework of the city’s policy, the dozen members present mobilized for this double aspect of the association: artistic creation and actions of a social nature. In Tornac, on Sunday June 7, the Hiraku Dorodango workshop will take place, a walk guided by Gabrielle Baçile to harvest earth in order to create spheres.
On Saturday June 13, it will be “Le Monastère En-Chanté”, an evening of restitution of the choral singing workshops in the gardens of the monastery, with the new repertoire of the Italian singing choir Cor’Itale and the Zingaro choir, dedicated to the songs and stories of nomadic life.
The other projects will meet the association’s objectives: live performance, promotion of world cultures, meetings between professional artists and people in physical and social difficulties.
