Crédit Mutuel Narbonne Hôtel de Ville financially supported the Épicerie Sociale for its commitment to helping families and the Ma Vigne En Musique Festival for its promotion of the region’s wine estates through quality concerts. The two associations each received €2,000 during the bank’s ordinary AGM.
It was in the cellar of Fontfroide Abbey that, on May 12, during its ordinary general meeting, the Crédit Mutuel de Narbonne Hôtel de Ville gave a financial boost to two associations in the city. L’Entraide à Narbonne Contre l’Exclusion, better known as Épicerie Sociale, received a check for €2,000.

This association provides food aid to people in difficulty. Located on rue Reaumur, it operates with 35 volunteers and helps around 120 families, which represents 11,000 individual distributions each year. After Nicole Bertrand, president of the Épicerie Sociale, it was Cyril Guillotin, founder and president of the Festival Ma Vigne En Musique, who was awarded a check for the same amount by Frédéric Boutroux, president of the Board of Directors and Patricia Laplace-Attal, director of the agency. The Festival, which celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2026, promotes music by placing high-quality concerts in wine estates of the same quality.

As part of its operations focused on environmental, social or societal actions, for three years, Crédit Mutuel has used, in its “societal dividend”, 15% of the group’s annual profits to support local grassroots associations. This aid can take the form of financial aid but also provision of temporarily affected people.
