Jazz in Marsilly

Dixie Folies, through its Jazz in Marsilly variation, will open the ball on May 13 at 8:30 p.m. at the Salle Simenon with Shugart Trio. The next day, it will be Bo Bazar’s turn to take to the stage at Simenon for a concert in two parts, at the same time. Zébulon Boogie Project will close this 4th edition the next day, same time, same place. Please note that a stroll will take place at the port of la Pelle on May 14 from 3 p.m., led by La Guinguette de Peggy.

Classical music and storytelling

On May 16, the PiVaVi association will take over in the classical music register with the second edition of its Conte rend musical. This is work carried out with children from CM1 and CM2 classes at Marsilly elementary school and Austrian students as part of the European Erasmus program.

The day will begin at 10 a.m. with a market for local creators in Simenon Park. It will continue in the afternoon in Saint-Pierre Church with four concerts at 3 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:45 p.m. and 7 p.m. The latter will feature the students of the village elementary school for their Tale rendered musical, under the leadership of Vincent Perrotin. All four concerts will be free.
