Some 274 participants gathered in Azille for a day dedicated to sports and conviviality at the trail organized by the Azille Sports & Leisure Association.

Set in an exceptional natural environment, amidst the landscapes of Minervois, runners and walkers could embark on various levels of courses: 5 km, 11.5 km, and 22 km trails, as well as a Nordic walk. A successful sporting event that confirms the growing enthusiasm for this event.

Beyond the performance, the event stood out for its festive atmosphere. The day continued with a highly appreciated after-trail gathering, bringing together several Azille winemakers: Domaines Pierre Blanche, La Romandine, De Floris, La Parra, De Massiac, des Combes Romaines, as well as the Silène cellar and Château Guéry. A moment of sharing highlighting the richness of the local terroir.

Results: Trail 5 km, women: Élise Chauvier and Noémie Tournier excelled; men: Yoan Nenci, Nael Benyakoub, Anton Faure Trail 11 km, women: Clémence Guillot, Maryline Bousquet, Sarah Martinez; men: Aurélien Champrose, Delio Do Rio Gomes, and Vincent Lastelle make up the top three. Trail 21 km, women: Cyrielle Ruggieri, Clémence Maldes, Charline Volard. Noteworthy performance by Cyrielle Ruggieri, first in the overall ranking; men: Brieuc Autret, Thierry Diveux, and Wilfrid Robert on the podium. Nordic Walk 11 km, women: Fabienne Champros, Marie-Anne Pauc; men: Philippe Albouy, Gilbert Assens, Eric Homassel.

The organizers thank the municipality for its essential logistical support for the success of the event. An effective collaboration that allowed participants to be accommodated under the best conditions.
