A resource place, forum for reflection and discussion, the AEC offers dedicated platforms, working groups and thematic programs, as well as annual meetings for educational and administrative teams.
The International Association of Libraries, Archives and Documentation Centers brings together some 2,000 members in 45 countries around the world.
The International Association of Schools of Jazz brings together 80 members in 40 countries, organizing annual meetings for professional musicians, students and teachers.
The Audio Engineering Society brings together engineers, researchers, acousticians, educators and students in the field of sound professions.
International activities
The establishment’s activities are resolutely focused on Europe and the world. Some of our study programs have been built with partner institutions to allow the principle of mobility to be fully integrated into students’ paths.
La European Chamber Music Academy – ECMAÂ
The ECMA program is a collaborative project between several European music education institutions.
The objective of this program is to offer existing ensembles the opportunity to participate in 3 to 5 day sessions, organized in one of the member establishments. HAS
During these sessions, the ensembles benefit from lessons given by renowned musicians, as well as conferences, seminars and excursions.
At the end of these sessions, they also have the opportunity to perform in front of a larger audience through concerts, representations and recordings.
Each year, prestigious stages (Wigmore Hall, Ghent Festival, Liszt Academy of Budapest, Shanghai Conservatory) welcome ensembles for professional concerts which reveal young international chamber music talents. ECMA was launched thanks to funding from the European Commission’s Europe Creative program, which notably enabled the creation of an online resource center.
The participation of Parisian chamber music ensembles in these sessions is financially supported by the Conservatory, thanks to the Meyer Foundation for cultural and artistic development.

ECMaster is a joint degree programme, developed in close collaboration with the European Chamber Music Academy and operated by seven higher education establishments in Europe:
