A new list came out this Monday. After Spain at the beginning of the afternoon, Colombia’s turn to reveal the names of the 26 selected players to fly to North America for the World Cup, which starts in 17 days.

Among the stars and executives of the squad, goalkeeper David Ospina (37) and 34-year-old striker James Rodríguez will of course make the trip. In attack, the former (short-lived) Olympique de Marseille player Luis Suárez and the Munich player Luis DÃaz are also selected by Néstor Lorenzo.

Relegated to Ligue 2 with FC Nantes, defender Deiver Machado will be able to console himself with this new international call-up, alongside European championship residents Daniel Muñoz (Crystal Palace) and Yerry Mina (Calgiari).

THE coffee growers will begin their World Cup against Uzbekistan on June 18 in group K, before challenging the Democratic Republic of Congo on the 24th then a huge match: Portugal of Bruno Fernandes, João Neves and Ronaldo on the 28th.
