Regulatory News:
Winamp Group (Paris: ALWIN) (Brussels: ALWIN), parent company of Winamp, announces a new set of strategic agreements for Bridger, its copyright management platform, marking another major step towards comprehensive global coverage of music rights in strategic markets.

In Africa, the agreement with CAPASSO in South Africa strengthens Bridger’s presence in high-potential emerging music markets, while expanding its mechanical rights collection capabilities.
With the signing of several agreements in recent weeks, Bridger continues the rapid expansion of its international infrastructure. Each new partnership strengthens the platform’s collection capabilities and consolidates its attractiveness among creators and rights holders looking for a global, integrated solution capable of operating on a large scale. New agreements are currently in advanced discussions and are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
“Each new agreement reinforces the strength and reach of our international rights management infrastructure,” comments Alexandre Saboundjian, CEO of Winamp Group. “The work undertaken in recent months now allows us to gradually expand our presence in strategic markets and strengthen the value of our platform for creators and rights holders.
