From June 15 to 19, at the Paris Nord-Villepinte Exhibition Center, on the occasion of the Eurosatory exhibition, the largest international exhibition dedicated to innovation, equipment and strategies of the land and air-land defense and security industries, the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté is present with a dedicated regional pavilion, in collaboration with the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In a particularly tense global geopolitical context which requires the strengthening of our sovereignty, the presence at the Eurosatory 2026 exhibition is strategic for the Burgundy-Franche-Comté Region and businesses in the regional territory.
By relying on the dynamics of the agreement signed with the Ministry of the Armed Forces and on the excellence of its competitiveness centers. the Region promotes its advanced industrial know-how and its strong capacity for innovation. For local players, particularly from changing sectors such as the automobile industry, this global meeting constitutes a major lever for industrial diversification and direct access to major defense contractors. This is a unique opportunity to integrate large-scale technological projects, accelerate access to sovereign markets and position the territory as a pillar of the industrial and technological base of national defense.
The inauguration of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté pavilion (Hall 5B – stand AB145) will take place on Tuesday June 16, 2026, at 1 p.m., in the presence of Jérôme Durain, president of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region and Nicolas Soret, vice-president of finance, purchasing, economic development, the social and solidarity economy, employment
This regional presence at the Eurosatory exhibition is part of the Region’s international collective action program. This program, financed by the Region to the tune of 900,000 euros, annually supports around 500 companies in strategic sectors such as industry, health, luxury, agri-food and digital to promote export and prospecting in major markets.
For this 2026 edition, 13 regional companies are present at the Eurosatory show and are gathered in the collective pavilion organized by the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and are financially supported by the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region.
The Region and the Vehicle of the Future Center are also organizing a collective Visitor mission on Tuesday June 16 which will bring together 9 Nivernais companies. This initiative is part of the actions carried out by the Nevers Val de Loire Industry Territory to support the diversification of businesses.
