REPORTAGE – A stone’s throw from the largest European naval base, the army recruitment center sees candidates with varied profiles flocking to join the army for ten months. This voluntary service will integrate its first recruits next September.

Located a few hundred meters from the famous military port and the largest naval base in Europe, the recruitment office welcomes around thirty candidates each week who wish to join the army. And since the start of the year, two or three young people have come through the door to apply for a very specific path: that of national service.
