The French subsidiary of the Swiss subcontractor has been selected by a large European aerospace and defense group for the supply of electronic assemblies. The total amount of the contract could exceed 50 million euros.
The Swiss subcontractor Here announced the signing of a major contract with a major European prime contractor in the aerospace and defense sector – whose name has not been revealed – relating to the delivery of electronic assemblies intended for a large-scale defense program. Cicor France, operating on the former Éolane sites, will be responsible for execution.
The orders recorded in the second quarter as part of this contract represent a turnover of nearly 10 million euros, with deliveries staggered between 2026 and 2028. The group also anticipates an additional turnover of €20 to €60 million under this contract. same program until the end of 2029, bringing the total potential to more than €50 million.

According to Cicor, this contract illustrates the speed with which the Swiss group was able to turn around the activities taken over in receivership proceedings. Since the integration of the Éolane sites, the group has significantly improved its operational performance and the reliability of its deliveries, allowing it to regain the trust of its French customers in the defense and aerospace market.
This signature is part of a broader commercial dynamic. In the first quarter of 2026, Cicor achieved a turnover of 160.7 million Swiss francs (€174.3 million)up 22.6% year-on-year, mainly thanks to its recent acquisitions. Because in terms of organic variation, Cicor’s quarterly activity fell by 6%. At the same time, order intake reached 196.4 million Swiss francs (€213.1 million), i.e. a book-to-bill ratio of 1.22, which reinforces the group’s visibility for the coming quarters.
Building on these results, Cicor has the ambition to return to organic growth in its turnover from this year.
