The mother who entered with her two teenagers, a son and a daughter aged respectively 15 and 17 years old, into a college in Toulouse, was placed in provisional detention with a view to her judgment in immediate appearance on Monday, indicated the Toulouse public prosecutor’s office, this Friday 15 May. Aged 44, she will be tried for “violence without incapacity to work within a school establishment”, “intrusion with weapon into a school establishment”, and “transport of category D bladed weapons”.
Wednesday May 13, late in the morning, the 44-year-old woman and her two minor children, not attending school at the establishment, entered the Clémence Isaure college in Toulouse. The family then takes a student to task.”whom they accused of harassment of the third child of the siblings, aged 11, and educated in the establishment“.
The 15-year-old son then takes out a knife and tries to reach the schoolboy, also 15 years old, specifies the prosecutor. A supervisor who had intervened miraculously avoided the stabbings. As for the student attacked, it turned out that he was not the one they accused, the latter being absent. For his part, “the sister punched another student“, also aged 15 and who “tried to protect his comrade“.
The attackers fled before being arrested by the police, near the college. “Four knives, a chopper, a tear gas canister and a BB gun” will then be found in the family car. According to the Toulouse Public Prosecutor’s Office, the mother and her teenagers partly contested the facts, and in particular having used the weapons.
The two minors were presented before the children’s judge for the same offenses charged against their mother. The Prosecutor’s Office requested their placement under judicial control and a provisional judicial educational measure.
