Sunday June 21, 2026 marks the arrival of summer, but it is also the day of the Music Festival. In Rouen, the program promises to be copious and varied.

Some opt for an improvised musical stroll, others prefer to target the artists, groups and bands to see. For the latter, here is a non-exhaustive program of concerts and performances in town, with the interactive map to help them find their way.

Strengthened public transport network

No more buses for the music festival! This Sunday, June 21, 2026, Réseau Astuce and the Rouen Normandy Metropolis are setting up a reinforced system on the Metro, TEOR and FAST lines.

All timetables are available on myconseil.fr. Please note that diversions are in place for buses in the city center on the evening of the event.

Tip goes into 80’s mode for the music festival

On the occasion of the Music Festival, Réseau Astuce is preparing a unique event for you this Sunday, June 21 on line T1. From 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., board a bus specially decorated in the colors of the 80s and enjoy a unique musical atmosphere with a DJ present on board throughout the journey.

An original experience to accompany you to the music festival festivities in a retro and friendly atmosphere.

Sécurité et circulation

Three prefectural decrees linked to the Music Festival have been issued for Seine-Maritime:

• Temporary ban on the consumption or possession on public roads and public grounds of all alcoholic beverages in the department of Seine-Maritime
• The sale and use of so-called entertainment fireworks in the Seine-Maritime department are prohibited
• Prohibition of conspicuous transport and use on public roads of bottles or cans containing chemical, flammable or explosive products, in liquid, solid or gaseous form (petrol, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, soda, chlorate of soda, methylated spirits and solvents) and of fuel to users in packaged form (jerricans, cans, etc.).

Circulation

Traffic will be closed from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. in the right bank hyper center between the following axes. Municipal police and security agents will ensure traffic at different points:

• Belgian Boulevard
• Rue Jean Lecanuet
• Place du Général de Gaulle
• Rue des Faulx
• Place St-Vivien
• Rue Armand Carrel
• Place St-Marc
• Rue Alsace-Lorraine
• Rue du Général Leclerc
• Rue du Général Giraud

Hourly amplitudes

The production of concerts in the public domain is authorized in the territory of the municipality of Rouen from 2 p.m. to midnight.

Alcohol consumption

No alcoholic beverages may be consumed on public roads within the perimeter delimited by the following roads:

• Boulevard des Belges ;
• Boulevard de la Marne ;
• Boulevard de l’Yser ;
• Boulevard de Verdun ;
• Expressway Est ;
• Boulevard de l’Europe ;
• Avenue Jean-Rondeaux ;
• Place Bernard-Tissot, on the portion of rue Jeanne-d’Arc between the station and boulevard de la Marne and all the green spaces and public gardens, as well as on the quays on the north bank and south bank of the Seine.

The sale of take-out alcohol and the sale of alcohol at a distance are prohibited on municipal territory. Furthermore, no unpacking is permitted on the territory of the municipality on the occasion of the Music Festival.
