The Morges-sous-Rire festival, dedicated to French-speaking and French-speaking humor, closed its 38th edition with an attendance in line with recent years.

Completed on Saturday evening, the 38th edition of Morges-sous-Rire brought together 16,000 people in seven days, an attendance in line with recent years. The festival is particularly pleased to the craze for young comedians. The organizers noted in a press release:
“The big winner of this edition is undoubtedly the next generation. On all stages of the festival, the comedians of the new generation attracted a large audience and put on a series of sold-out performances.
The festival also salutes performances of established figures humor – Laurent Gerra, Chantal Ladesou, Marc Donnet-Monay, Thomas Wiesel, Nora Hamzawi and David Castello-Lopes – who “once again met expectations”.
Alex Lutz enchants the audience
Among the highlights of this edition is also the show by Alex Lutz, who offered the public “a parenthesis as unique as it is impressive».
In the end, this edition confirmed “the vitality of the festival” and “its ability to bring together, in the same momentum, essential figures of laughter and emerging talents, in a friendly and accessible atmosphere”, continues the press release.
