Somewhere between the backpacker’s guide and the Assouline travel books, the new address book of Dua Lipa in collaboration with Google Maps brings together more than a hundred addresses across the globe. Dua’s lists – 12 thematic lists – travel across the globe, from New York to Bangkok via Kosovo.
On the Internet, the singer has a reputation to uphold. She is nicknamed “Vacanza Queen” by her fans who enjoy seeing her always out and about. On her Instagram account, in the space of a month, the singer was in South Africa then in Warsaw, Italy, Copenhagen, Coachella and Mexico where she performed on stage before returning to Europe in Cannes and Saint-Paul de Vence. His journey never ends.
It is therefore perfectly natural that Google Maps, the most used online mapping service in the world, asked the thirty-year-old globe-trotting singer to share her favorite addresses. In total, there are 141 restaurants, bars, vintage shops, record stores, museums and bookstores which are grouped into 12 lists. Each list is accompanied by a photo from the singer’s personal gallery and each address with a small personalized description which details the interest of the place.
Certain cities are particularly highlighted by the singer. London, New York, Los Angeles, Pristina, Tokyo and Mexico benefit from their own lists. And, although Paris is not as central for the singer, she has just opened a pop-up store at the Palais Royal to present her DUA by AB beauty products as well as two drinks designed as food for the skin. But in Dua’s Lists, in Paris, there is no question of smoothie or matcha. The interpreter of Dance the Night lists two addresses in the city of lights. The first, Early June, a restaurant in the 10th arrondissement that she classifies in the “Natural Wine Bars” list.
The second is better known to fans of Dua Lipa. Le Bistrot des Tournelles in the 4th arrondissement is included in the “Date Nights To Remember” list. To accompany this recommendation, Dua Lipa writes “nothing beats a romantic candlelit dinner, and for a successful experience, there is nothing like Bistrot des Tournelles in Paris. Soft, sensual and very classic atmosphere. »And for good reason, the singer was seen there with Callum Turnernow her fiancé, in May 2024 during what would have been one of their first dates. The couple are expected to get married in the coming weeks in Palermo.
