Open-air cinema: 17 screenings planned in Nancy and its surroundings this summer, here are the films scheduled

The seventh art will once again be in the spotlight à Nancy cet été. Outdoor cinema screenings will make a comeback during the summer season in the Greater Nancy Metropolis. The principle is simple: enjoy a free outdoor filmin a park or on the beach of Deux Rives. In total, 17 sessions are scheduled. Here is the program.

Free cinema screenings this summer in Nancy and the surrounding area

Animated films, documentaries and even comedies will be offered free of charge to the public. All you need to do is bring a deck chair or a blanket to enjoy the session in the best conditions.

  • “With all our strength” (drama) – Saturday June 13 at 10 p.m., on Deux-Rives beach.
  • “Jurassic World: Renaissance” (adventure) – Thursday July 9 around 10 p.m., near the lawn of the Leprun stadium.
  • « Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind » (animation) — Sunday, July 12 at 10 pm, on the beach of the Two Banks.
  • “The Song of the Forests” (documentary) – Thursday July 23 around 10 p.m., in the courtyard of the Buthegnémont school.
  • “Leave a day” (drama) – Thursday August 20 around 9:15 p.m., on the Nancy Thermal esplanade.
  • “Little Miss Sunshine” (comedy, drama) – Sunday August 23 at 9:30 p.m., on Deux-Rives beach.
  • « Lilo & Stitch » (fiction, comedy) — Thursday 27 August at 21h15, dans l’espace arboré attached to la salle des fêtes.              Â

Open-air cinema screenings this summer in the Greater Nancy metropolis

In Laxou, on Friday August 21, the film “Dragons” will be broadcast at 9 p.m. in the Claudie Haigneré space, boulevard Foch. This is a fantasy and adventure film.

Then, on Friday August 28, at the Schweitzer city stadium, “The Wild Robot” will be screened at 8:45 p.m.

Votes to choose the films

In the town of Villers-lès-Nancy, the screenings will take place at Madame de Graffigny Park, on Friday July 3, Thursday July 24 and Friday August 7 at 10:30 p.m. A vote organized in June will make it possible to choose the films.

Same for the town of Jarvillewhich provides for the broadcast of five films: Friday July 3, Friday July 17, Saturday August 15, Friday August 21 and Friday August 28. Voting can be done on municipal websites.
