Who is Lady O, the Romande who will go to the final of The Voice?

Singer Lady O, 18, impressed the jury and viewers of the TF1 show with her cover of a Céline Dion song during the semi-final. This Saturday, his performance will be decisive to win the competition.

Our regions have talent! This time, it’s in the famous TF1 TV show, The Voice, that a Swiss woman has distinguished herself. Lady O, 18, has made her way to the show’s finale, which takes place on Saturday (May 30).

This weekend will be held the final show which will decide between the last four talents of season 15 of The Voice. We will find Tessa B in the Tayc team, CJM’S with Amel Bent, Hugo Derose to represent Lara Fabian, and our national pride, Lady O, with Florent Pagny. The interpreter of Know how to love and member of the show’s jury recognized the potential for victory in the Vaudois singer.

This last evening will also be an opportunity to celebrate the 15th anniversary of TF1’s flagship show. For this celebration, candidates will be able to count on prestigious guests for duo performances. Thus, Helena, Christophe Willem, Suzane and Christophe Mae will be present alongside the four finalists.

Who is Lady O?

Lady O, whose first name is Oriane, stood out on the show with a unique cover of Video Games by Lana Del Rey, who won over three of the four coaches. Originally from the Lavaux region (VD), this winegrower’s daughter has been immersed in music since her early childhood, where she turned to the violin.

With a father who plays bass and a drummer brother, Oriane grew up in a musical universe that allowed her to build her own, far from conservatories, with a very free approach to music. Self-taught, she writes, composes and produces her songs herself under the name Lady O.

During the show, Lady O showed the extent of her talent by interpreting various registers. After Lana Del Rey, Oriane notably sang Die on stage from Dalida, Have a Baby (With Me) by Daniel Caesar, or Make room for me in duet with Julien Clerc. It is ultimately his resumption of Vol by Céline Dion which earned her her place in the final. We obviously wish him good luck.
