Game, set and match. After the elimination of Laurent and Frédéric in the home stretch of the adventure, the last two pairs still in the running in Pékin Express were Anna and Anthony and Thelma and Claire. They faced each other in a very high-tension final in Bangkok, Thailand, broadcast on M6 this Friday, May 22 in the evening.
The Belgian childhood friends and the father and daughter from the north treated themselves to a few nice scares before arriving for the last time in front of the Beijing Express flag.

And after multiple twists and turns, it was finally Anthony and Anna who won in the last minutes of the race. Crowned winners of the 22nd season of the legendary race, they succeed Nathalie and Charlotte, winners of 2025 who left with the sum of 80,000 euros. They pocketed the sum of 86,150 euros.
During this final, the candidates had to face several high-level challenges, including a tasting of local specialties on the Damnoen Saduak floating market, a stress resistance exercise in the void at the top of the 296m high MahaNakhon Tower, and a challenge in the legendary Rangsit Boxing Stadium.
Their nerves were also put to a very severe test due to the spint mechanics implemented this year applying the “time is money” rule. The first duo to arrive each time triggers a beacon which causes their competitors to lose 10 euros per second behind. Hard.
After twelve episodes, dozens of meetings, weeks of hitchhiking on the roads of Thailand, China and Nepal, and various and varied challenges, Pékin Express for this year, it’s over. See you next year for season 23, casting is open.
