The titles of these different shows illustrate the originality and audacity of the season, deliberately placed under the sign of joy. The program includes theater, dance, cabaret, humor, thrills, circus, music, poetry and seeds of life. The cultural season is also two major events which forge the city’s identity: the Creation Fair and the Children’s Book Fair, now more than metropolitan in scope. It is accompanied by exhibitions, documentary films, film debates, meetings, conferences, and even round tables.

Accessible à tous

In addition, Sébastien Laurier, artist accomplice, will suggest considering Le Bouscat as a space for the circulation of stories, where transmission becomes a collective, living and intergenerational dynamic. Because, for Emmanuelle Angelini, culture, in its broadest sense, must address everyone and be an instrument of social cohesion.

The mayor of Bouscat, Gwenaël Lamarque, underlined the richness of this multidisciplinary programming, its continuity, its diversity and its quality. He recalled the importance of access to a living, unifying culture open to as many people as possible, with low prices and the “suspended ticket” system, which makes it possible to offer places to those who cannot buy them.
