The disappearance of Matthew Perry caused shock waves across the world in October 2023. The actor, who became an essential figure thanks to his role as Chandler Bing in Friendswas found dead at his home in Los Angeles, at the age of 54. In total, nearly 130 lots will be offered to collectors and fans of the actor. Before adding: “This is one more way to ensure that no one has to fight this disease alone.”

People sentenced following his death

Meanwhile, American justice is still pursuing proceedings surrounding the circumstances of his death. Several people have already been convicted for their involvement in ketamine trafficking which led to the tragedy. Among them, Jasveen Sangha, nicknamed “the queen of kétamine”received fifteen years in prison. Erick Fleming, the intermediary who supplied the vials to the actor’s entourage, was also sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty. In court, he declared : “I am haunted by the mistakes I made.” The investigation also implicated two doctors and the actor’s personal assistant, accused of having facilitated access to injections in the weeks preceding his death. Despite the passage of time, the affair continues to arouse enormous emotion among Matthew Perry’s fans, whose memory remains inseparable from the history of Friends and a whole generation of viewers.
