The facts denounced by the presenter would have taken place in 1991, at a time when she was only 16 years old. The media specifies that Flavie Flament was the woman testifying anonymously under the pseudonym Eva in their previous investigation. Paul Conge, police-justice journalist on BFMTV, provided details on the story contained in the complaint on the set of the news channel: “She indicates in her complaint that after a photoshoot, she went to the Parisian home of Patrick Bruel, she then reports a blackout, and the fact that she woke up while the singer was putting his pants back on his bed”, he explained.

Patrick Bruel rejects the accusations

The lawyers explained that Patrick Bruel rejected the accusations. “They tell us that Patrick Bruel met Flavie Flament in the 90s and that they would have had an occasional relationship at the time and that their exchanges had always been friendly since.
