The program at the Cardabelles leisure center had many surprises in store for young Saint-Romains for these two weeks of vacation.
From the 1st Tuesday, early in the morning, the happy team headed to Vabres l’Abbaye to attend a musical show that was as captivating as it was amusing. A session that amazed them all.
Once the curtain fell, they joined Chloé and Guillaume from the Saint-Affrique tennis club for an initiation session. A good opportunity to discover this sport in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere. Throughout the afternoon, the two facilitators were able to convey their passion and motivate the children.
Before heading back, the children warmly thanked the Saint-Africa leaders for their welcome while some talked about being able to start the experience again and why not, to join the club.
Resumption of weekly pétanque competitions
The Wednesday pétanque competitions will begin on May 6. They will take place like last year on the station stage where the games will begin at 8:30 p.m.
The competition will take place in groups of four teams. Three games assured and 50% of the teams rewarded.
Throughout the season, the Massebiau challenge is maintained and the winners will be known at the end of August.
A moment of play and conviviality that all fans will not miss.
