This Wednesday, May 13, is the start of Nuits Sonores. There are still a few places left in the ticket office. We tell you everything.
We are arriving in mid-May, it is one of the key events of this season, the 23ème© edition of Nuits Sonores begins this week. From Thursday May 13 to Sunday May 17, the festival announces 4 nights of intense music.
Electrical programmingÂ
Electro, dub, rave or acid house, a certain variety of styles on the program with renowned techno artists since the 1990s like Leftfield, the trio The Sabers of Paradise and the group 808 State from Manchester, but also new figures of the genre like Amelie Lens and Rødhåd.
For the third year in a row, Nuits Sonores are setting up their HQ at Grandes Locos, a former SNCF technical premises located in Mulatière. These are large halls with 4 stages. The Days and Closing Day will take place there, from 4 p.m. to midnight.
From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., nights will take place at La Sucrière and Les Labs, from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. at Grandes Locos, Hôtel 71 and Comoedia. There will also be special concerts. Thursday evening, at 6:30 p.m., Kali Malone will perform at La Chapelle de la Trinité. On Friday and Saturday, punk artist Baby Volcano will be on the Subs at 8 p.m.
The last places
Ticket prices are between 36 and 47 euros for days with a 4-day pass at 135 euros. There are still a few places left for Wednesday and for closing Sunday. Nights are between 30 and 39 euros with a pass at 110 euros for 4 nights. Workshops, conferences, radio labs, film labs and connect labs are also available at the ticket office, free upon registration.
The Nuits Sonores are prohibited for minors, even if accompanied. On the other hand, on Sunday noon, the Mini-Sonore opens for children until 7 p.m.
