A new interview regarding Jisoo’s brother’s family situation has been made public, drawing public attention as the case escalates. In this testimonial, his second wife details their relationship, the tensions within the couple, and the evolution of the conflict.
According to reports, Jisoo’s family has distanced themselves from the brother in question. Published by journalist Lee Jin Ho, this interview provides their version of events in a particularly delicate context.
The second wife explains that the legal situation remains pending. She claims she has not been able to start any legal proceedings yet due to not having found a lawyer. “I can’t say everything is completely settled. I haven’t been able to file a complaint yet because I haven’t found a lawyer.”
She specifies that legal action was initially considered but discussions took place between the two parties. She mentions that her husband asked to meet her at that time.
The young woman then talks about the speed of their relationship. The couple reportedly got together in just a few weeks before getting married. “The first time was at the end of April, and we started dating on June 9. He was very insistent. For a week, he begged me to register the marriage. I didn’t understand why he was in such a hurry.”
She explains that tensions arose after the marriage, particularly due to an incident related to online content, which worsened their situation. She adds that her husband initially asked her to remove some content before apologizing and suggesting they resume their life together.
The interview also addresses Jisoo’s awareness of the situation. The second wife claims she initially didn’t know the family connection between her husband and the BLACKPINK member. “I learned later what happened in May. Up until that point, I didn’t know he was Jisoo’s brother.”
She adds that Jisoo was unaware of her marriage to his brother, clarifying that no ceremony took place despite their official registration of the union. “She didn’t know we were married. We only registered the marriage, but there was no ceremony.”
These new statements add to the ongoing discussions surrounding BLACKPINK’s family. Currently, the different versions do not lead to a clear conclusion, leaving several gray areas in the situation.
