After the approval of the last municipal council, the “Institutions” component will include the following points: designation of delegates and substitutes for municipal councilors for the election of senators on September 27, 2026, designation of an ethics representative for local elected officials and of a representative to the North 31 Employment Basin Committee. The composition of the CLECT and the designation of the representative will also be discussed, followed by the modification of the statutes of the SPL RIN ZEFIL. Point “Human Resources”, elected officials will decide on the Christmas gift voucher for staff, on the 2026 training plan, on the single social report 2024, while a deliberation will take note of the holding of the obligatory debate relating to complementary social protection followed by the single professional risk assessment document. Elected officials will then have to decide on the creation of apprenticeship contract positions, on five positions of educational support agent, of maintenance agent for green and sports spaces, on three positions of early childhood assistant, one position of public highway surveillance agent, reception officer, administrative officer of the one-stop shop, cultural action officer, monitoring officer social, civil status officer, mission manager at the management center, ECEC manager, health monitoring manager and assistant to the ECEC manager and RPE manager at the early childhood center. A deliberation will focus on three job cuts and the updating of the staffing table. The “Public order” section will concern a group order agreement between Toulouse Métropole and its members relating to the purchases of cleaning products. “Finance” section, elected officials will deliberate on the updating of local tax rates for outdoor advertising for the year 2027, on the renewal of Pass’Alban for 2026-2027 and on the contribution to school fees requested from external municipalities for the school year 2025-2026.
