Marray, barely 500 inhabitants! On the evening of the Music Festival, however, the number of souls skyrockets since there are often more than 2,000 participants (sometimes many more) dancing and having a good time in front of the nine stages (yes, quite nine!) set up in the village.

For twenty-five years, the Marray entertainment committee has been pulling out all the stops for this festive and musical June 21st. And the whole village is getting involved again this year. Despite the intense heat, the village in the north of the department, located a stone’s throw from Loir-et-Cher, has been preparing for weeks, even months, to set up the three large stages and the six smaller ones, to make the decoration for which the children of the school were very happily put to work, to ensure a concrete program with no less than thirty groups, providing catering and drinks.

Twenty-eight rock groups but not only that!

For its 25th anniversary, the Marray Music Festival has not failed in its reputation. The volunteers of the animation committee, supported for the occasion by members of the Les Kampagn’arts festival in Saint-Paterne-Racan in particular, are working hard to create a mini-festival in the streets of the town.

From 7 p.m., Saturday June 20, rock groups, reggae, French songs. Festival-goers will be able to hear Noïtall, Désinvolts, Amarock, Trionyx, the big band Souq’jazz machine, Blue Sapphyr, Asfalt, La Boucan chante Renaud, Puntsch (which was not on the program but which replaces Chute Libre) and many others.

The village of Marray is ready and ready for this Music Festival, a special 25th anniversary. Mists are even provided to avoid severe heat stroke.
