An international throwing festival is coming to Salon-de-Provence this weekend

At the end of this afternoon, around thirty people took their places in the ACS premises. The City of Salon-de-Provence, represented by the first deputy mayor David Ytier and the elected official for Sports Jean-Pierre Béliières, as well as several economic partners were at the meeting. Guests of honor, the French record holders Mélina Robert-Michon, Lolassonn Djouhan and Frédéric Dagée, accompanied by the hammer thrower Yann Chaussinand, followed this presentation by videoconference hosted by Pierre Aletti, vice-president of the Salon-based organization.

Completely free, the event will begin at 9:30 a.m. this Saturday, June 20 and will welcome a line-up of national and international athletes. 20 years after the legendary Mistral Masters, the city and the ACS are reconnecting with the great tradition of international throwing competitions.
