Fayl-Billot’s middle school students went to Bavaria in January. It was the turn of their German correspondents to come and discover the region from May 17 to 23.

The Collège des Trois-Provinces welcomed 26 German students from Bavaria last week. Welcomed from Sunday May 17 to Saturday May 23, they participated in a varied program, with their 27 French correspondents of 4e. After a tour of the establishment carried out by the students of 5e and 4e on Monday morning, they had a snack before attending classes. Tuesday was dedicated to the discovery of the Citadel of Besançon. The correspondents took advantage of Wednesday to do family activities. Thursday morning, they visited Langres by small train and attended an arquebus shooting demonstration at the Tour Navarre, before tasting some local specialties such as Langres cheese, chevillon, sausages and chorizo from Domaine Diderot as well as apple juice. In the afternoon, at Lake Villegusien, the students practiced canoeing, mountain biking and archery. The discovery of basketry was planned for Friday morning, and everyone was able to leave with their creation, a wicker pencil pot. The week ended with the traditional evening at the college where families were invited to share a cold buffet and take part in the activities planned by the young French people.

From January 17 to 24, the 4e de Fayl-Billot had visited two Bavarian establishments: the Realschule, in Trostberg, with which exchanges have taken place since 2010, and the Realschule, in Traunreut, located nearby. They also enjoyed festivities, sporting activities, outings and visits.
