Dince October 7, 2023, two hundred and thirty journalists – according to the count of Reporters Without Borders (RSF) – have been killed, because of their work. Some, on the ground, covered the war between Israel and Gaza; others have been targeted in Lebanon since the start of the conflict between the Jewish state and Hezbollah. This number of Complement d’enquête, carried by the journalist Rola Tarsissi, analyzes in detail this second war, parallel, devastating, on the sidelines of shelling and attacks of all kinds in this part of the world: the information war. In order to try to understand why the counters are panicking with a toll never reached since the Second World War.
