In the Chinese entertainment industry, celebrities often have filming, promotions and public appearances at a fast pace. In recent days, Zhang Linghe has attracted the attention of fans because of a schedule considered particularly exhausting.

Currently, Zhang Linghe continues filming the historical drama The Road to Glory. Since the success of Pursuit of Jadethe actor also sees projects follow one another, between advertising contracts and participation in several variety shows.

This media exposure, however, has a downside: an increasingly worrying lack of rest. According to calculations relayed by fans, the actor only slept around 20 hours over an entire week.

Between March and April, his schedule would have been marked by numerous trips back and forth between filming and recording of shows. He would even reach the sets before dawn to start working immediately.

The rhythm leaves little respite. On May 1, he reportedly finished a day of filming late at night, before resuming at 8:30 a.m. the next morning. During a trip to Beijing, he also allegedly conducted several interviews in a single day, without any real break.

Fans noticed that his appearance remained unchanged across several broadcasts, including the same hairstyle, suggesting that the interviews were conducted over a short period of time. At least five interviews were thus published.

Faced with this schedule, some admirers nevertheless salute his professionalism. “Despite such trying conditions, he remains focused and always responds with precision,” commented one fan in particular.

But these repeated efforts are beginning to give rise to real concerns. On April 28, his agency said he required treatment and physiotherapy due to low blood sugar and a sprained leg.

Despite these health problems, Zhang Linghe reportedly continued to refuse to delay filming. Several observations also report that he was sometimes too tired to remain standing without assistance on certain sets.

Et même après la fin de The Road to Gloryhis schedule does not seem to be lightening. He already reportedly has several fan meetings planned and is also in talks to join the next season of the travel show. Divas Hit The Roadscheduled for July.
