Despite a still heavy score, the first team was defeated by a good Saint-Jean-du-Falga formation. The objective of this season, hampered by a significant staffing issue, is clear: to maintain in Divisional Department 1.

On Saturday, April 25, FC Foix was defeated at home with a score of 4-1 against a strong ES Saint-Jean-du-Falga team, in a match marked by excellent sportsmanship and quality arbitration.

From the first half, the visitors took the lead by scoring three goals, putting the Fuxéens in difficulty. However, the players in red and gold never gave up. Just before halftime, Ammari, very active on the attack front, allowed FC Foix to reduce the score, giving hope to his team (3-1 at halftime).

Coming back from the break, the Fuxéens tried to get back in the game but were gradually hindered by physical problems. In the 74th minute, ES Saint-Jean-du-Falga definitively sealed the match by scoring a fourth goal.

Despite the defeat, the very good sportsmanship displayed by the players of FC Foix will be remembered, as they remained united and combative from the beginning to the end of the match.
