The French brand Neopulse reinvents oral hygiene with nomadic, high-performance products and an anti-obsolescence approach.

Founded in 2019, the French brand Neopulse has set out to transform the oral hygiene routine of families into a simple, effective, and sustainable experience. Faced with the observation of often incomplete hygiene in France, the company focuses on two pillars: interdental cleaning, a crucial step too often overlooked, and high-performance electric brushing thanks to sonic technology.

Expertise at the service of innovation

Behind Neopulse are two experts in the healthcare sector. Charlotte Grégoire, with twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry serving major brands, and Henri Grolleau, a specialist in oral health with fifteen years at leading companies like Dented and Waterpik. Together, they have combined their skills to design a range of devices that meet user expectations and healthcare professional recommendations.

Passionate about innovation, Henri Grolleau develops product prototypes using 3D printing and his computer-aided design training. “Imagining precise and simple solutions, in line with concrete expectations of dentists, is at the heart of my approach for NEOPULSE,” he emphasized. Today, the brand has the support of over 500 dentists and dental assistants and is available in over 1000 retail outlets in France.

Sonic technology for the whole family

Neopulse has chosen sonic technology, based on ultra-rapid vibrations (from 30,000 to 50,000 per minute) generating vertical movements. This method effectively removes plaque while respecting gum sensitivity. The range is designed to accompany every family member at all stages of life.

The NEOSONIC adult brush stands out for its record autonomy of three months, fifteen customizable settings, and bristle wear indicator. For the youngest, the NEOKIDS, tested by pedodontists, turns brushing into a fun moment with over fifty stickers provided for customization. Finally, the NEOBABY introduces toddlers to dental care with micro-vibration technology and a lighted head. “As a parent, I see every day how small rituals like interdental cleaning and appropriate brushing can make a difference: thanks to these preventive actions, my children have never had cavities,” shared Charlotte Grégoire.

Interdental hygiene, a major health concern

According to specialists, brushing alone cleans only 60% of the tooth surface, allowing plaque to accumulate in the interdental spaces. To address this issue, Neopulse offers a range of dental jets, such as the ultra-compact MY FIRST and the family model EASY, which eliminate food debris and plaque in hard-to-reach areas. In addition, the NEOPICK dental floss, with a biodegradable cornstarch handle, offers an eco-responsible solution to enhance cleaning and prevent cavities, bleeding, and bad breath.

A commitment against planned obsolescence

Going against the trend of disposable products, Neopulse anchors its strategy in sustainability. The company has established its own repair workshop in the Paris region, in Versailles, where devices, even out of warranty, can be repaired at a competitive rate. Spare parts are also available to extend the product’s lifespan.

Innovative in its sector, Neopulse is the first French brand to offer a range of refurbished oral hygiene devices, providing an economical and ecological alternative. Each refurbished device undergoes a strict quality control process, ensuring hygiene and performance identical to new products. This commitment is reflected even in accessories, with minimalist packaging and bio-sourced inks, asserting a desire to reduce environmental impact at every step.
