RÉCIT – A few days after the shock of the ban on the Mythos 5 model outside the United States, the leaders of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Deepmind and Mistral AI participated in a working lunch with the heads of state of the G7 and partner countries.

By requiring the Anthropic company to block access to its latest artificial intelligence models, Mythos 5 and Claude Fable 5, to foreign nationals due to threats to national security, the Trump Administration has unleashed a geopolitical and technological bomb. Unable to distinguish users according to their nationality, Dario Amodei, CEO of Anthropic, announced last Friday that he was completely cutting off access to these two models.
