Announced in fall 2024, the pilot training and mentoring program developed by Disneyland Paris and WEConnect International aims to support the development of small and medium-sized businesses founded or led by women.

This program is part of Disneyland Paris’ desire to promote a more diversified supplier ecosystem. Indeed, since its opening in 1992, Disneyland Paris has collaborated with more than 4,000 suppliers, 83% of which are based in France. Their know-how and expertise contribute every day to bringing the magic of the destination to life and exceeding visitors’ expectations. Convinced that the diversity of backgrounds and perspectives is a factor of innovation and performance, the destination also strives to support the development of businesses run by women.

At the end of a first phase of training with the Envi school which brought together around forty entrepreneurs, 20 of them joined a personalized mentoring course provided by the destination in September 2025.

The launch of this new phase was marked by an event organized at the Cercle, in Val d’Europe, to allow the 20 selected entrepreneurs to meet their mentors. On this occasion, many Cast Members came together to support them throughout their journey. From Finance teams to Corporate Social Responsibility, from Vice-Presidents to managers, many employees have put their expertise and experience at the service of these entrepreneurs.

Since September, mentors and mentees have met regularly, in person and remotely, to discuss the issues encountered by female entrepreneurs, share their experiences, celebrate the successes obtained and explore new avenues of development together. These exchanges made it possible to benefit from personalized advice and complementary views on the challenges specific to each company.

To mark the closing of this edition, an event was organized at the Village by CA on June 4. This moment was punctuated by an opening speech, collaborative workshops and discussion times allowing participants to look back on their journey within the program. It also encouraged meetings between mentors and mentees and made it possible to share the main lessons learned from this experience. The event concluded with a time of thanks celebrating the commitment of all the participants and Cast Members mobilized throughout the program.

The Disneyland Paris Ambassadors also came to meet our Cast Members who participated in the program and got involved alongside its women.

“Thanks to this experience, I was able to regain confidence in myself, in my abilities and sharing the challenges of life as an entrepreneur with my mentor allowed me to feel more solid.†One of the mentees of this edition shared with us.
