Olympique Lyonnais registered its name for the first time in the winners of the international U11 (under 11) tournament in Chambéry played this weekend at the Stade Mager in the capital of Savoie, dominating Sporting Lisbon (Portugal) in a final with a strong European accent and undecided until the end.

Team One of Chambéry Savoie Football, for the best historical result of the organizing Savoyard club, completes the podium by achieving the feat of beating in the final for third place, the Racing Club de Strasbourg (2-0) (1).

The Alsatians, for whom it was their first participation in one of the largest national tournaments in the category, with a total of 13 professional clubs present on the poster to 32 clubs (AS Saint-Etienne 5th, Dijon FCO 6th, the Italians of Côme 1907 7th, AS Monaco 8th, Juventus de Turin 11th, Toulouse FC 12th, ESTAC Troyes 15th, FC Annecy 17th, Montpellier HSC, defending champion and 25th this time, Lausanne Sport 26th).
