From now on, almost every presidential trip has its moment of brilliance likely to fleetingly delight social networks. After his commented interpretation of La Boheme  of Charles Aznavour in Armenia last week,  Emmanuel Macron this time acted as the police in front of a dissipated room, Monday in Nairobi, where an Africa-France summit is being held. Taking the microphone and going on stage while speakers were speaking, he refocused noisy listeners by expressing indignation at« a total lack of respect ». A little earlier, his communications team had immortalized on video a jogging session with Kenyan marathon champion Eliud Kipchoge.

It must be said that it is one of these buzzes which revived the presidential entourage at the start of the year. While Emmanuel Macron explored the abyss of unpopularity, his « for sure » delivered at the Davos Forum, dark glasses on his nose, in a speech targeting Donald Trump, was a hit.
