The OGI and the Egyptian Council on Foreign Policy Launch a Strategic Partnership

The president of the General Information Organization (OGI), Alaa Youssef, and the former Minister of Foreign Affairs and President of the Egyptian Council for Foreign Policy, Mohamed El-Orabi, met on Tuesday at the OGI headquarters.

Cooperation with national institutions in political and diplomatic matters was the focus of the discussions.

The meeting addressed the implementation of a cooperation protocol between the two parties to support the awareness and educational role of the aforementioned Organization, especially in light of current regional and international issues, and the importance of raising awareness of political and strategic issues. The Organization is open to high-level national expertise and to benefit from the diplomatic and intellectual frameworks of the Egyptian Council for Foreign Policy to support its efforts to enhance the content provided to citizens and increase the effectiveness of its employees, particularly in the analysis of international and regional issues, Mr. Youssef stated.

Mr. El-Orabi, in turn, recognized the vital role played by the OGI in shaping public opinion and improving the image of the Egyptian state, expressing his full cooperation with the Organization in various activities and events.
