Adéquat, a Lyon-based recruitment group with 2,100 employees and 420 agencies, has announced the acquisition of the British firm Solutions Driven. Solutions Driven specializes in executive search and integrated recruitment solutions (RPO) in the engineering and technical sciences sectors.
Ranked 46th globally by Staffing Industry Analysts, Adéquat (with a 2024 revenue of 1.4 billion euros) conducts 200,000 recruitments annually for 16,000 clients.
Following its establishment in Italy in 2024, the UK is seen as one of the main European recruitment markets, particularly in engineering and technical sciences (Stem), where recruitment challenges remain high.
Founded in 1998 in Glasgow, Scotland, and operating in over 60 countries, Solutions Driven specializes in executive search and strategic profile recruitment with a 97% success rate on the first recruitment. The brand will continue to operate independently, preserving its management team, according to the Lyon group.
