Macron wants to “recreate convergence at the G7” on support for kyiv
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will participate on Tuesday morning in a session of the G7 summit in Evian, France, Emmanuel Macron announced on Wednesday.
“It’s very important for us because we need to recreate convergence at the G7, in support of Ukraine on the different aspects of course of the war”, including on the need for “negotiations”, explained the president Frenchman during an exchange with civil society at the Elysée, in an allusion to the differences between Europeans and Donald Trump on this issue.
