The Rugby Club Toulonnais bows on the lawn of the Racing 92 this Saturday evening at Paris La Défense Arena (43-28).
The Rouge & Noir started the match perfectly with a try of Melvyn Jaminet from the 4th minute, transformed by the Toulon back (0-7). The Racing réagit rapidement grâce à Ibrahim Diallo The 8th minute, ahead Gaël Dréan does not give the advantage back to the RCT in the 12th minute after a new transformation from Jaminet (7-14).
The Ile-de-France residents then take control of the meeting. Gerónimo Prisciantelli first reduces the penalty gap (16′) before Josua Tuisova (19′) Then Prisciantelli lui-même (24′) do not score two tries in quick succession. The RCT keep pushing and Yeah Quere-Karaba scored Toulon’s fourth try in the 63rd minute, converted by Tomas Albornoz (36-28). More Joshua Tuisova definitively sealed the Ile-de-France victory with a final try in the 78th minute, transformed by Antoine Gibert (43-28).
