Volodymyr Zelensky had warned that his country would respond “blow for blow“. A Ukrainian attack left four dead and 12 injured in the Russian city of Ryazan, southeast of Moscow, according to the Russian Investigative Committee, one of the country’s main judicial bodies, on Friday May 15. This attack comes the day after large-scale Russian strikes on kyiv and its region, which left 24 dead and 48 injured, according to a final report.
“To our great regret, three people were killed and 12 injured, including children”announced local governor Pavel Malkov on Telegram, specifying that two apartment buildings had been affected.
