The Technician Service Desk diploma is registered in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP), and is a Level 5 qualification (equivalent to a two-year associate degree). It officially recognizes the technical skills and operational experience acquired. This qualification is available to CND agents, as well as interns, apprentices, and alternates serving at the POENT. It highlights the efforts of those who choose to strengthen and expand their skills. Since the title was created in 2021, 367 diplomas have been awarded within the CND.
Merit is a valued quality at CND, which is why the laureates of CNAD (National Distance Support Center) in Rennes were honored during a ceremony to celebrate their success. In the presence of their peers, each of them was officially awarded their title by their leader, symbolizing the commitment and perseverance they demonstrated throughout their journey.
For the new diploma holders, this award marks the end of a chapter but also the beginning of a new phase. Some are now considering taking exams for category B, while others aim to pursue further qualifications.
The ceremony was a powerful and emotional moment for both the new diploma holders and the teams who supported them.
Serving at CND means:
– Engaging in a meaningful profession – Having the opportunity to improve skills and take on more responsibilities – Seeing the results of hard work and dedication.
