DRC: What happened after the announcement of the consultation on the revision of the Constitution?

On Monday, in a statement, André Mbata, the permanent secretary of the Sacred Union of the Nation, the political platform of President Felix Tshisekedi, announced the opening of a debate on the revision of the Constitution. But the next day, he backtracked on his words, stating that his approach had been misinterpreted. Why does André Mbata speak of a “misinterpretation”?
