Russian army losses on the front in Ukraine have reached a record level, now exceeding the number of soldiers Russia mobilizes in a month, stated Ukrainian Minister of Defense Mykhaïlo Fedorov after a meeting with members of the Defense Committee of the Bundestag, led by Thomas Röwekamp.
« We presented our approach to the war in three areas: air, land, and economy. I provided data showing that on the battlefield, we are not just holding our positions, but increasing the pressure. Russia’s losses have reached a record level, surpassing its monthly mobilization level », he declared on Facebook.
According to the minister, this observation is the result of a systematic work ranging from the introduction of innovations to resource management, including the development of technological capabilities.
« I am grateful to Germany for its support to our key priorities: strengthening anti-aircraft defense, providing long-range ammunition, and developing drone capabilities », added Mykhaïlo Fedorov.
The minister particularly praised the role of the Bundestag in allocating resources to sectors that offer the greatest impact for the defense forces. Both parties also discussed deepening mutually beneficial cooperation.
« Ukraine is ready to share its unique combat experience, digital solutions, and allow the testing of new defense technologies through the Test in Ukraine platform. We are deepening a partnership that produces tangible results on the ground and strengthens the security of all of Europe », concluded the minister.
