Milhan Charles, a 21-year-old basketball player from Manosque, France, has just finished his first season playing with the Golden Lions at Arkansas as part of the NCAA. Despite a challenging start to the season with 8 consecutive defeats, he quickly adapted to the pace of college basketball.

With an average playing time of over 30 minutes per game, Charles achieved impressive statistics of 10.5 points, 4 rebounds, and nearly 1 steal per game. His standout performance came on January 31st against the University of Mississippi where he scored 22 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists.

Looking ahead, Charles is seeking to transfer to a more prestigious university than Arkansas-Pine Bluff and is not considering a return to France next season. He plans to stay in the US to complete his 4-year academic program while also searching for a new team.

After completing his academic year in May, Charles will focus on improving his shooting skills, especially from behind the arc where he shot 23% this season. He will also work on his physical conditioning to meet the demands of the game at a higher level in the US.

As he looks forward to the future, Milhan Charles remains committed to pursuing his dream of basketball success in the United States.
