Refined, powerful, full of sweetness or strength, delicacy and intensity, the dishes will match each day with the proposed partitions. “The concept lies in the harmony between the music performed and the products served. There are secret affinities between a Bach Fugue and a Jurançon wine, between a Beethoven quartet and a confectionery, secret affinities that the ear and the palate can learn to hear together,” confides Florent des Boscs.

“Through this cultural event, we wish to highlight the work and products of our producersâ€
