It’s a somewhat sad music festival that’s coming this year in Nice. Very few concerts are announced in advance, and it is certainly towards the bars and restaurants that we will have to fall back to find improvised and festive evenings.
Despite everything, here are some events announced this Saturday June 20 and Sunday June 21 in Nice.

Entertainment at the Nice Valley shopping center Saturday June 20
Between commercial entertainment and live DJ, this Saturday June 20, we can (a little) celebrate music at the Nice Valley shopping center outside. From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., entertainment will be offered for children and adults, with the presence of a DJ.

Our favorite: A set of artists in the heart of the Pessicart hill in Nice this Sunday
Meet from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. this Sunday evening at Square Booth in the Pessicart district
It is the Pessicart Neighborhood Committee which is taking matters in hand and organizing its 21st Edition on the Square Booth stage. Here is the program:
18:00 The Little Conservatory of Pessicart – Classic : This training brings together children from the hills and the neighborhood who want to celebrate music together. Coming from conservatories and different music schools & private lessons, Magali Pyka de Coster, harp teacher, has been preparing them for weeks. This evening, they respect tradition and open the Festival, be many to come and encourage them!
19:00 Aurélie & THE RAY JAZZ CLASS – Jazz, Blues & Pop : The group renews its repertoire without denying its swing roots. Yves (alto), Sylvain (tenor), Gilbert (trombone), Bob (bass), André (piano), Robert (drums) and Nicolas on trumpet, revisit custom-arranged standards. They accompany Aurélie, whose repertoire ranges from jazz to variety, including soul and rock. And if you were thinking of dozing… bad idea: Aurélie and her boys will shake you up!
20:30 MAKE MY DAY – Pop-Rock : Romain, Gaby, Bertrand and Christian at the controls. They rock Pop-Rock, always with heart and energy. Just ten years after their first appearance at the Square, they return with zero fuss, 100% good humor and pleasure in every note. In short, sound, sharing… and a simple desire: to please you!
22:15 DJ KOFI – World music : Kofi’s artistic identity is rooted in his childhood memories in Togo. It invites you on a true musical journey, a rhythmic, colorful journey of great diversity. Board immediately and meet in front of the stage to dance!

Organized by the City of Nice, the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis and the Center Europe Direct Nice Côte d’Azur, this giant karaoke celebrates the musical diversity of the continent in a friendly atmosphere de 17h à 22h30
On the program: quiz on the European Union, broadcast of French and European hits on a giant screen, entertainment, goodies to win, food trucks, deck chairs and picnic tables. A free evening open to all, ideal for singing, dancing and sharing a moment of conviviality with family or friends.
World Harmony Concert and Variety Festival on the Place Vieille
Immerse yourself in a vibrant evening where cultures meet and rhythms intertwine to form a single energy: party.
Harmonie du Monde et Variétés offers a rich musical journey accessible to all, mixing world music and great classics of variety in the heart of Old Nice. The concert opens with warm and captivating sounds – Afro, Latin and Oriental influences – before giving way to French and international variety titles revisited with a festive and modern touch.
Throughout the evening, the artists follow one another in a progressive dynamic: live performances, interactive moments with the public, and rhythmic sets inviting people to sing, dance and share. The transitions are designed to maintain a constantly rising atmosphere, alternating chill moments and peaks of collective energy.
The concerts will start from 2:30 pm to 4 pm, then from 7:30 pm to 8 pm.
A concert by the group Exopolis & The Drooogs will also be offered at Place Vieille from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Still Green fête la musique à Libé
Still Green is back in its Libération district, like every year for a decade now.
The event is organized by Le Bootleg Bar (tapas bar), Cumin & Cannelle (Indian restaurant) and L’instant (traditional restaurant).
From 7:00 p.m., the group will present its covers and pop-rock mashups, with lots of new releases this year!
A warm and friendly environment for a nice moment of music around a good meal in the heart of Nice!
